If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use unless a separate commercial agreement is in place.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, course materials, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Delay Break Lab or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in that content beyond the limited license to access it for personal educational use.
5.2 User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content through the platform, including questions, comments, or chat messages during live sessions, you grant Delay Break Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Delay Break Lab without any obligation to compensate you or keep such information confidential.
6. Webinars and Live Sessions
6.1 Session Availability
Live webinar sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any significant changes in a timely manner.
6.2 Recording
Sessions may be recorded by Delay Break Lab for quality assurance, archival, or future distribution purposes. By participating in a live session, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. You must not record, capture, or distribute any session content without prior written authorization from Delay Break Lab.
6.3 Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during live sessions. Delay Break Lab reserves the right to remove any participant from a session who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund or recourse.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain services and content on the platform may require payment. All fees are displayed prior to purchase and are charged in the currency indicated at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of paid services.
7.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize Delay Break Lab to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@delaybreaklab.com within the applicable refund window. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
7.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges arising from your purchase or use of the platform's paid services.

10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Guarantee of Results
The educational content and resources provided through the platform are for informational and learning purposes only. Delay Break Lab does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or improvement as a result of participating in any webinar or using any content on the platform.
10.2 Platform Availability
We strive to maintain consistent availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delay Break Lab and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, even if Delay Break Lab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Delay Break Lab's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount you paid to Delay Break Lab in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
